ThingTech — Atlanta, GA based Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) Platform-as-a-Service provider that allows asset-intensive organizations to connect equipment, devices and people, raised a $4M Series A funding round

Flexciton — London, UK based provider of an AI driven solution for factories to optimize their production lines, raised £2.5M ($3.3M) in funding

Next — Lynwood, CA based tech company that connects shippers and carriers to meet transportation demand, secured $97M in Series C financing

CRE Operations — $67M

CrediFi — New York, NY based source for data and analytics for commercial real estate finance, raised an additional $6M in funding

RealBlocks — New York, NY based Ethereum blockchain-powered real estate tech platform, closed a $3.1M seed funding

GeoPhy — Delft, Netherlands based, powered real estate valuation platform, secured $33M in Series B funding

Electric — New York, NY based real-time IT support chat solution for small and mid-size companies, raised $25M in Series B financing

Smart Building —

VivoAquatics — Los Angeles, CA based water management and real-time monitoring platform for hotels, resorts, fitness clubs and other commercial facilities, secured a Series A financing of undisclosed amount 

Construction & Design — $55M

AirWorks Solutions — MIT Media Lab project and property tech mapping and surveying startup, just raised $2.3M in seed funding

Trelar Logistics — Austin, TX based building materials logistics platform, raised $2.1M in seed funding

Hailo — Tel Aviv, Israel based developer of a proprietary processing architecture for deep learning on edge devices, expanded its Series A funding round by additional $8.5M to $21M

Fernish — Los Angeles, CA-based furniture-as-a-service startup, raised $30M in funding
